Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription purchases from Rocha Business Solutions, currently the Website Management Plan ($75 per month).

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

- You are charged the first month when you subscribe, and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
- The price and billing date are shown at checkout. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

HOW TO CANCEL

- Email us at rochabusinesssolutions17@gmail.com with your name and order number, or cancel from your customer account if the option is shown there. Cancelling is free and does not require a phone call.
- We confirm your cancellation by email.
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL

- Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, billing stops and we stop making updates to your site.
- A month that has already been billed is not refunded.
- Your website, domain and Shopify store remain yours. Cancelling does not remove or change them.
- If a charge was made after you properly cancelled, tell us and we will refund it.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we may try the charge again and may pause the plan until it is paid.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.
